Sibley Square, UltraPhil’s new home, was first opened in 1906 as the Sibley, Lindsay & Curr Company (known informally as Sibley’s) and served as the largest department store between New York City and Chicago at 1.1 million square feet. Sibley’s eventually closed and, in 2015, was redeveloped as a mixed-use site with a focus on providing companies and individuals alike a space for innovation and incubation.
