The 10,000 square-foot, fully FDA-validated and licensed UltraPhil Center for Aseptic Excellence is located in Rochester, New York. The Center features JCS Ultra-Flex low/high acid aseptic processing technologies as well as a Shibuya five-bottle per minute low/high acid aseptic filler.
UltraPhil also provides access to flexible batching, mixing, shearing, dissolving, and wetting systems, including the highest grade ingredient water treatment.

UltraPhil will also serve as the first-of-its-kind, hands-on aseptic training facility. Customers, and even their clients, can enjoy training in aseptic fundamentals as well as aseptic processing and production in a focused, full-immersion learning experience.
UltraPhil’s “Aseptic University” can also provide pre-installation training to a customer’s staff to maximize productivity once a new line is up and running or help to evaluate the benefits and value of investing in specific aseptic processing and filling systems.
A Tribute to Phil Frechette
The UltraPhil Center for Aseptic Excellence pays tribute to Phil Frechette, an industry thought leader and the founder of JCS Process & Control Systems. Phil served the process control industry for more than 50 years. Phil founded JCS in 1988 and worked across the food, beverage, chemical, instrumentation, controls systems industries.
